 OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The Peristaltic Principle is based on the pressure of two or three rotating rollers which gradually compress a tube. The alternating compression and decompression of the tube generates a depression and consequently a continuos forcing of the fluid and a constant incoming flow. The product inside the tube is transferred intact without suffering the slightest damage.

Drum & Container Pump
 

SP Drum / Container Pumps for transferring liquids from or into size shipping & storage containers. Pumps ends are designed with threaded joints for easy maintenance and individual component replacement, without special tools. Guide sleeves are TFE®, witH a specially extrudedfin which secures it inside the inner tube. We utilize a seal grade carbon for our lower bushing (Pure CARBON® 6038C), the most chemically resistant carbon available. Our shafts are SS-316 (SS ends) and HASTELLOY® C-276 (PP,PVDF). Materials of construction include non-glass filled pp, natural PVDF and SS-316. These high quality materials and state of the art techniques ensure that we are the standard in chemical transfer.
